This is really cool. It shares one thing with many similar renders though. The water is too transparent even far away. In real life reflectance is higher or has a stronger angular dependence so you only see into the water nearby.
This is very good. I like the water but what I truely like is the detail with the forest. You can clearly make out every tree on the far bank and most on the mountain side too when zoomed in. It just... impressive. I couldnt of seen this landscape better if i was actually standing their with binoculars. I am actually curious if you use the free version of terragen2 or the personal version for your art?
You're welcome. So it is the full personal edition you use then. How does it work? I did some looking into the system's software and use. Looks complicated to me... So is it actually difficult to use or some what simple with a little practice?
